Cafe World Guide to closing your Cafe

We all know you get the best characters in your diner at 2 a.m., but some of you may not want to run a 24 hour restaurant.

If you would like to pack it in for the night, you may remove your door and place it into your inventory. Then you can just add your door to your Café again in time for the morning rush!

Customers entering kitchen

It is because after the update on the 5th of Feb, avatars can now walk corner ways, meaning they can get between those 2 stoves. Just put a plant or another object there and they will stop.

Cafe World , The purpose of Buzz Rating

http://www.FacebookGamesOnline.com
As you sell your food you gain CP. As you gain CP you level up. As you level up you have the ability to add more stoves and counters. When you have more stoves and counters you can cook and serve more dishes. The more dishes you have, the better you can serve the customers. The better you serve the customers, the higher the buzz. The higher the buzz the more foot traffic, which means you make more coins. The more coins you get means you can cook more dishes, gain more CP and start the cycle all over again.

Food with the Most XP in Cafe World

 http://www.FacebookGamesOnline.com
The best food in Cafe World for quick XP are the shorter cooking times:

1. Bacon Cheeseburger: 84 cafe points per hour - 5 min cook time
2. Chicken Gyro and Fries: 83.8 cafe points per hour - 10 min cook time
3. Chips and Guacamole: 80 cafe points per hour - 3 min cook time.

Tandoori Chix: 16.88 points per hour

You also have to look at how many servings you get, and how long it takes to get to see which foods provide the most actual XP.

Cafe World How to Sell Inventory

It looks like your Café is so popular you’ve already remodeled!

Do you want to get rid of that extra inventory?

If you want to sell back some items:
  • Choose the chair icon
  • Click the item you would like to sell
  • Drag it over the cash register icon

You will see a screen asking you to confirm the sale. Just choose sell or keep.

Cafe World Cook book

The Cookbook prices were a little confusing, so they have changed the look of the cookbook. For example: One batch of the fruit salad costs 35 coins, this batch will serve 100 at the price of 1 coin each for a total of 100 coins earned for the batch. (Picture attached)

How to Remove Stuck or Invisible Objects

You may find you have a chair or table stuck in your Cafe. This piece of furniture may appear to only be slightly visible in the screen. To fix this, simply replace the item with a piece of flooring. The chair or table will then return to your inventory. You may then drag the table or chair back out of your inventory to place it again .

If your stuck object is a door, the easiest solution is to use a free door to place on top of the door that is refusing to move. Drag the door from inventory to the spot in the wall you need to refresh. Close your editor with the green checkmark. Close your game and then re-enter it, and the refreshed door should be functional and able to move to inventory.

If you are experiencing problems with "holes in the walls" in which customers pour through even without a door, or a door frame shaped hole with no graphic on top it, the above method should also work to refresh your game data. Place a free door in the spot where you have a porous wall, close the editor with the green checkmark, close your game, reopen the game and then drag the door into inventory.

Cafe World how to Decorate

You own the newest hot spot!
It’s time to add your own style to your Café!

To decorate your Café, choose the “Chair” icon on the left side of the screen.

You will then see three tabs:

Chair icon: for tables, chairs, doors, windows, flooring, walls and decorations
Gears icon: for functional items - stove and counters
Bricks icon: to expand your Café!

To add something from the menu, just click and drag it into the Café area and choose your placement.

When you place an item in your Café, you will be charged the price listed under the item.

Some items will also have a rotation selection above the item to rotate its position while in Edit Mode.

If you are redecorating, you can move existing items down into your inventory for later use.
(For example: if you see a table that has a bubble with a “2” in it in your inventory, this means you have two of this table, already purchased and ready for use. You will not be charged to drag one of these items into your Café.)

You can add new wall coverings, windows, doors, floors and extra decorations to make your Café the talk of the town! Make sure you choose the green check mark after you are done with your changes! When you are in the gameplay screen, you can also choose the "disc" icon to save your game.

Cafe World How Medals Work

    * Number of Neighbors - Active before Dec. 20th - How many neighbors you have achieved. Since you cannot delete neighbors (yet), this will be the current amount of neighbors you have. If you're in the game, this number is the highest nth person minus one (yourself).
    * Friends Helped - Active before Jan. 13th - Counts the number of friend missions you've completed and how many you've visited and helped them out (two methods, same medal).
    * Coins Earned - Active since Dec. 20th - Counts the number of coins you earn ONLY from the servings eaten by customers. Does not count the number of coins you currently have.
    * Coins Spent - Active before Jan. 13th - Any coins spent for cooking dishes, buying decorations or avatar items, cleaning stoves, etc.. anything in the game that requires coins to purchase. Items purchased with Café Cash are not included.
    * Servings Served - Active before Dec. 20th - Counts the number of dishes served to customers.
    * Dishes Spoiled - Active since Jan. 13th - Counts the number of dishes that have been spoiled on the stoves.
    * Gifts Collected - Active since Dec. 20th - Counts the number of gifts that have been accepted individually through your Facebook requests page. Does NOT count the number of gifts in your gift box.
    * Decorations Owned - Active since Jan. 13th - Counts the number of decor (not decoration) items purchased with coins or cash from this date. Does not include furniture, appliances, wall/window objects, or floor tiles, nor does it count items already in inventory or object gifts from friends.
    * Avatar Items Owned - Active before Jan. 13th - Counts the number of items currently bought to dress up your chef. Items sold do not count towards this value. You cannot dress your waiter.
    * Consecutive Days Cooking - Active since Dec. 20th - Has been glitchy, but fixed now. Counts the number of consecutive 24-hour periods where a stove item has been served to the counters.

Café Points (CP) are earned when the medal is actually awarded to you in a pop up.
Coins are given as a bonus when you click the shared link that OTHERS post on their wall when they achieve it.

Remember, you can check your other people's medals while you're visiting them!
